We’re looking for a Group Marketing Head to support the development of our group companies’ marketing strategy, helping with our brand presence and advancing our marketing lead generation process through inbound activities, intelligent content, partner collaborations and paid media.

Qualifications

• Leading candidates for this position should have the following qualifications:
• 4+ years of professional experience preferably in technology, venture capital, or startup environments.
• A proven track record in marketing with demonstrated strengths in content marketing, event marketing, and media relations.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good English, both written and verbal.
• A goal-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Thrive in an independent, unstructured environment and comfortably take the lead on initiatives and are used to presenting your own ideas and executing them.

Responsibilities

•  Create and execute the marketing strategy for all daughter companies within the Thorgate group.
•   Planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns within Estonia and foreign markets (leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email campaigns and events).
•   Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, social posts, newsletter, videos, webinars, infographics, etc).
•   Build and lead the marketing team and external partners network (copywriters, designers, media buying, PR agencies).
•   Drive the growth and lead the digital presence.
•   Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and channel performance to adjust marketing activities.
•   Support employer branding and internal communication activities.
